Hi all, i went to the stallion parade at Arena UK on the 14th of March to see the cremello stallion Perlino Kinsky- Unfortunately he wasn't there.
Just wondering if anyone knows if there is any other cremello stallions standing in the the east of england area. If so contact details and web addresses would be great, many thanks!

My mare is due to go to this stallion Crowns Wonder Pearl standing at Bracken Spa Stud Stainfield near Bourne Lincolnshire. Very impressed with him when I looked last year. I gather that his first foal arrived today a filly. Look forward to seeing her on the open day. Anyone else going?

Judging by the name, I suspect the stallion you wanted to see was a perlino, not a cremello. Although both are double dilutes and have blue eyes they are two very different colours. A cremello is a double dilute chestnut, a perlino a double dilute bay which may be worth considering if you are trying to breed a specific colour. As with any colour breed, do make sure he has good conformation and is going to compliment your mare, colour is, after all's said and done, only skin deep.

Many thanks for the advice - I must admit the name (Perlino Kinsky) is slightly misleading although, according to the Trevoulter Barton Stud website he is indeed a cremello.

Having looked at the websites I can see that all the stallions are worth taking a look at.

Lots of studs to visit!
