Yes very professional and there was a lady who was brilliant with the horse in our yard.

Yes they take all our horses, nice people, very understanding of why you are upset and prompt to collect. I can recommend them from our experiences.

Cremtor took a livery which had been put down by the vet. They were very easy to deal with and pleasant, and I will use them when that day comes for my boy.

I've had a look at their website and added it to my bookmarks. It's a good point they make that owners of veteran horses might like to think about this in advance, just to be prepared.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Looks like the old boy has improved a bit overnight but it is something I should have found out about a while ago. Their point about thinking ahead is very true.
