Crewe Saddlry feedback.

Hi,
I live in the cheahire area and am looking for feedback on Crewe Saddlry if anyone has used them to fit saddles. Good or bad. Private message me if you prefer.

I'm currently having problems with the saddle I had fitted. Also if you have an issue with a Saddlry and they can't resolve it themselves is there a body you can complain too?
 
I used them when I bought my first saddle years ago for my youngster but the trouble was that it was leather, beautiful saddle but of course my youngster changed shape and within six months didn't fit...they took it back as a part-x but I still lost a couple of hundred on it. Lesson learnt on my part but they did nothing to discourage the sale and I felt they were only in it for the sale not what was best for me or my horse.
However I then had one of their more experienced fitters and i bought a Throwogood and she was really helpful when it needed changing shape, when it needed stuffing and I really felt I got good service from them and I made sure I always got the same woman out every time.

So hit and miss at first but once I got the correct fitter I liked their service. However I haven't used them since they moved and became Just 4 Saddles.
 
I used them to fit a saddle this summer, they fitted one i already had to another. They watched me ride in them etc, i found them helpful and didn't make me buy a new saddle. They were there a few hours so I would recommend. :)
