Criminal caught by police horse

Read this in the Metro this morning and just found it on line to share! Made me laugh when the criminal said he 'would never try to out run a police horse again'. No mention of whether he would ever break the law again.....

I used to live near Middlesbrough and I swear that they'd have had the horses shoes off if they lifted them off the floor long enough and sold them on for scrap metal.

Well the 'high' refers to the 18 hands I think! Presume by marbled they mean dappled. It's not H&H/Your Horse journalism etc afterall
