Cross Country Jumps

Afternoon All,

I have an open XC coming up in a week, and really want to practice some XC jumps but wont get to go anywhere before then - so will need tp practice with normal showjumps! Any ideas?

Hey hun, hope ur ok today.

Have you thought about putting up an arrow shaped jump to practice a corner? Get 3 barrells and have to poles on one barrel then fan them out to a barrell at the other end of each pole - you can then make it as wide or narrow as you like.

You could try finding some tyres from somewhere too if possible?

corners are always easy to do and you can do arrow heads if you've got plastic block jumps. Also you can recreate coffins or should i say " ditch and rails" by putting up a double and placing to poles on the ground in the middle to resemble a ditch.

Also workers courses are good and try chopping up some trees and pallets to create a brush/bullfinch
