ahh good point as their event is normally early in the season

Ston Easton hires out now or that is what I heard the other day.
Also did you know Rosamund Green is open all year round? Another thing I did not know.

Yeh they are very good at trying to keep open for s long as possible rosamund green, stockland lovell and downlands are also good like that... will have a look at rockbourne and ston easton on distances - thanks!

I actually walked the course at Toomer Farm and thought it was a cracking course - loved the train!

Why did you think it was so bad and how on earth does a horse loose confidence when schooling? - you have ad lib chances to retry the same fence whilst building up confidence over the smaller fences.

toomer farm - really loathed it.. all the ground lines were really misleading, and the ground was really eneven.. i also fence judged there before i competed there, and at a ditch in the 2'3 class (which IMO should be straightforward, kind, and encouraging) i had numerous falls there as it was a ditch at the bottom of the hill, where the other side of the ditch was lower than the first bit, and to add to that it was very wide for a class that 12.2 ponies should be able to jump round! so many ponies stopped at if as it just wasnt safe, and one pony even jumped it as a step (as they couldnt see the other side to it) and fell into it! Really not impressed.

Ooh , do you know how id get the number for the lady for the schooling? or do you have it yourself? Thanks
