Cross country transport - cost and recommendations?

Looking into transport from North Yorkshire to East Hampshire. One gelding, around 16hh ish, well behaved and happy for shared load!

Any suggestions of what to do? Don't have a HGV or trailer license. Perhaps can anyone recommend any companies to use?

And roughly how much I need to budget for the transport?

Ghillies they do regular round trips best guess circa 250
 
Imho you can't go wrong with Gillies, have used them for super long trips and the horses have arrived very bright and happy.

You might have to wait a few days to get a shared load, but give them a ring, they are super helpful.
 
Hi I would recommend C&C transport based in North Yorkshire they do regular trips down south and would be able to accommodate either shared load or individual 01642 718294
