Cross-tie posts....

I was wondering if anyone knew where you can buy cross-tie posts (or something like that, I'm not sure of exact name!). I saw some at an exhibition show once, which had springs inside, designed to give when the horse pulled back, and I can't find where to buy them anywhere! But any kind will do! Any info would be much appreciated, thanks!!!

My horse had to be cross tied earlier this year, we used normal tie rings then tied the lead ropes to 2 pieces of bailer twine each side, this worked well also have heard that you can use trailer ties instead of lead ropes.
