I read this thread & link to the story last night, I had to walk away before commenting. Its an absolute disgrace. To own a herd of horses and breed from them, then simply walk away/ignore/fail to offer appropriate supervision etc etc is outrageous.
 
Quite and if they don't want to they should PTS, it is up to them the same as it is everyone else, pay for it or not.

Wouldn't want to miss another book opportunity though :rolleyes3:
