Pretty much as the title suggests - Has anyone breed a foal from Crown Rhodonite? I had a filly by him out of my tb mare which will be 4yo on 5th June. Just wondering if anyone else had one and their experiences so far??

I love my little grey mare - she is picking things up so quickly she has been a joy to handle & back.....so far.......fingers crossed it just keeps getting better!

Hello there,

thannk you for enquiring about Rodders ! I am very lucky to ride him now, so here are a few news about him :
We bought Rodders in winter 2009 and imported him in France where we reside now (I used to ride in the UK until then.). Rodders stands at stud here in Normandy, but some semen is still available to the UK and/or could be sent.
In 2010, we competed lightly (I was pregnant) but still, Rodders jumped fantastic for us, getting placed in Grand Prix ahead of serious competition. He's had a quiet winter and is back in training now, rearing to go. He's just had a complete vet check and I am proud to say that, although he is 15 years young, my vet has never seen such a solid and well preserved horse.
Temper-wise, he is a joy to be around, and top competition horse and a much loved best friend.
Many of his offspring can be seen at Mrs Wendy and Emma Shaw's farm in the UK. Emma produced his first 4years old daughter to compete in 2009, Rhanda, and led her to top placings at the 4 year old finals at Scope Festival.
He tends to pass on his strength and ability, his very accomodating temper and his extravagant paces (and his coour!). We're expecting foals over here and we cannot wait ! He's having a popular time at stud over here in France, being the last direct living relative to the Great Milton definitely is another appealing quality that the French breeders seem to appreciate.

A few of his competing videos can be seen on you tube (type crown rhodonite in the search engine) and I will happily send out photos and infos to anyone interested. Please could you email me infos and pics of your babies of Rodders ? My email is : sharxx@gmail.com

Thank you very much for your feedback and interest, he is a genuine and quality horse, he deserves it :)
