Just on the Radion 4 news - terrible case of neglect of horses and ponies on a farm in Antrim. Father and son jailed. Judge said it was the worst case he'd ever come across

Most of the rescues were nursed back to health by Crosskennan Lane Animal sanctuary at huge cost and no chance of recouping those costs, some came back to Redwings as Redwings vets assisted in Ireland and the NI Donkey Sanctuary took in a number of donkeys.
Conor a well known ''bottom end'' horse trader visiting UK marts as well as sales and Fairs in Ireland--seen at Kirkby Stephen and Carlisle and was selling in Sept 2014 at Kirkby Stephen--despite saying in court to the contrary!!
