Well mine any way!

Had a fairly fantastic day today. My auntie had 2 3rds and a 1st with her dogs then lots of 2nds and 3rds with dogs she bred. Harris came 2nd in Veteran dog (out of 2 lol) that said though the other dog was 11yrs old and looked fab.

STAN THE MAN - came 2ND OUT OF 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Granted, without the bias he was better than the dog that won but that was Harris' son so all's semi forgiven. A dog we bred won his class and some others we bred did well also.

Sadly no pics, my friend couldn't get the camera to work properly

Ben Fogle was doing a feature on agility and I happened to be watching as they were filming, it panned over where I was standing so that might be my claim to fame.

Oh how cool!!!!

We want to know where doggies are allowed in swimming pools!?

I was saying to Dan earlier - I want one!!!!

How do they compare to German pointers temperament wise?

Thanks Prose. You ought to get Stella there next year

I think she's very nice!!

Alas, she has no women's bits

(the internal ones, I mean

). The breeder I got her from kept her a bit longer as "show potential", but then sold her as a pet because Stella didn't develop to her taste. Then, of course, Stella went ahead and bloomed beautifully at around the age of two. Oh, well.

Wow, well done, what a great day for you and your Auntie - and your dogs of course

There were a couple of Vislas featured on the tv coverage, spotted a lovely wirehaired one, maybe it was one of yours

Our local dog therapy pool allows you to go in with your dogs. I haven't ventured in but my son has been in with our GSDs. It is quite a big pool- the sort you find in footballers houses!

Over here, so long as you don't make a fuss about it, a lot of people show spayed bitches. It's males that are harder to do

lol with males you have to apply for permission to show - could you not do that with Stella?
