as title suggests, i was wondering if you have tried this fly mask and what you think? My horse headshakes in summer due to pollen and flies and he is getting dangerous (nearly had us in a ditch twice last week!). I have come across these masks on the net and they are available for use whilst riding. Really fancy giving them a go, but im reluctant to spend the money if they're not much good. Really need something to help - he's driving me mad! If anyone has any other ideas that may help, all advice would be greatly received!!!

Have you tried a nosenet? Worked wonders with my horse

was wondering if the nose net would be enough tho? He tends to hold his head really low down too cos of the flies i think. Just thought a mask might be better for flies?

I've used the turnout one, which is the best I've ever used (now have pink ears version). I'd give the riding one ago, as think it sounds like you have nothing to lose-good luck!

I bought one last year for my girl as she is really bothered by the flies when we rde out. It works brill and shes now happy to ride when its very fliey.
Unfortunately she has grown a bit big for it so am going to sell it

and buy her a new one.

Yes, if you mean the 'Quiet Ride' its fantastic! My mare gets very upset by pollen and flies when being ridden in the summer, but she is very happy in this. I have used it for 3 years and it still looks new. Its black throughout though, so my mare, being a big hunter type, looks like a scary war horse in it
