Crying on Christmas morning!!

I have had my mare since end of September, and she has never ever whinnied to me, until Christmas morning, when i went down they yard at 8am, and as i turned the corner she saw me and did the biggest whinnie ever! I was sooo pleased I cried!!

Bodey whinnies at me every morning, no actually he neighs, to say, where the hell have you been, I want to go out!

Lol, the Dizzy one whinnies or neighs whenever she sees me - she thinks I'm going to let her out of her jail (stable!). Daft mare. But, even though I know why she's doing it, it's a nice feeling lol.

aww what a lovely present! We have had tote for four years and he's only whinnied a few times and thats when he's been left in later than normal for a show or something! He hardly ever neighs too but I turned him out the other day and his lady friend wasn't out (who he pretends to hate!) and he was running around and neighing like a loon! Was really cute

Thats lovely. Tia whinnies at me a lot. Not just when I turn up on the yard but when I come round the corner or walk past her while shes on the horsewalker she will nicker at me. She must think I am just going to bring food all the time. Although the one time she doesnt whinny when I walk into the barn with her tack
