Cumano is not coming to Windsor

What a shame that he is not top fit. I was looking forward to seeing him in the flesh. His place on the Belgian squad is taken by Pieter Devos.

It's reported that he has a fat leg and has been ordered 10 days' rest.

as i understand it peter devos is in and pete postelmanns is reserve. i will check when i see them this week though.

Well Pete was in the 5 they named so it would be a bit odd (though certainly not unheard of) to bring Pieter in ahead of him. Also a little puzzling to me that they didn't opt for Patrick McEntee given his good form on the GCT.

Patricks owner wanted to come to the GCT shows not nations cups. and as i said above, i am pretty sure Peter Devos is in the actual team (with Judy ann and phillip le jeurne) i cant remember who the last one was. Peter devos' horse has jumped really well at Hickstead and dublin.

Howver Patrick was one of the nominated entries for Windsor.
I like Pieter's horse and thought he might have been in the 5 ahead of of Pete P. Niels Bruynseels is the other - a good rider and lovely horse.
