Curious - anyone used Coconut oil for mud rash?

It is supposed to be antibacterial and anti fungal, so in theory should do the job as it is water repellent too. Anyone used it, especially on heels? With what results?

Yes I did on heels , it was not up to the task .

Thanks - thinking about it it goes really thin at body temperature so probably too thin to be much of a barrier
