Curious, what do you pay for

Farrier? I have just moved to Suffolk and am shocked at prices between 45 and 50 pounds to shoe fronts only on a 13.2 pony? Is this normal? It was 35 to 40 in Berkshire, which I thought would be more expensive than Suffolk, obviously wrong there

My farrier is brilliant. He comes quite a long way to do mine as I wouldn't have anyone else. He saved my laminitic pony's life several years ago with his fantastic shoeing. Whatever he charged I would pay as he is the best farrier I've had in 35 years of owning horses. And he is lovely with the horses
