Current DIY livery costs in Surrey

Hi everyone, I’m currently saving for a future first horse/pony. I’m based in Surrey and Wanted to know if anyone could kindly share any current costs of DIY livery just so I can get an idea on monthly budgets etc.

I am in Elstead and it costs me £220 per month. Individual turnout, hay barn, feed room, tack room two arenas (you have to pay extra for lights) wash down area

We've just moved yards and are now paying £240 per month (was £145) which seems around the going rate in Surrey for anything with half decent facilities. Lots of yards closing as they are being built on so there's a lack of options out there.

Surrey is such a massive mix of yards and prices. The best thing is to visit those nearest you and look to see where you might want to keep your pony and what that will cost. There is no point budgeting for a supoer cheap grass livery price only to find the only yards near you are super smart ultra expensive competition yards!

We went round yards and it was years ago. But we also walked the nearby bridle paths. If you want to hack it is no good having to deal with fast traffic or wade through mud.
