my two (17yoISH and 1yo WB girls) are out 24/7 at the moment
they have got fly rugs on with lw summer TO on.
they have a field shelter

at the end on the month i will prob start bringing them in at night and they will have lw fleece rugs on in the stable and the lw rugs on in the day.
once it gets colder i will put thicker rugs on them

feed wise they are on once day feed.
yearling gets hifi lite/fibre p,apple chaff and molichaff with yearling cubes/mix (baileys) and topspec comprehensive(she doesnt get much of the cubes)

ISH gets once a day-handful of fihi lite/fibre p and supplimented bran(am thinking about swapping to speedi beet though) with topspec antilam or comprehensive.

once they are stabled they will have this split into two feeds and the amounts upped if they lose any weight (both look good-can see ribs but they are rounded over their bums etc)

-3 one night last week
My wimpy mare is VERY hairy already despite being rugged.
She is still out 24/7 with one feed a day

Maiden (turned away for winter) is out 24/7 with a handful of chaff each day to have her supplements with (will be on TopSpec soon for winter though) and has no rugs as she's a fluffy bear!
Cookie and Cracks are in during the day and out at night, probably for two more weeks yet and then they'll be in at night and out in the day. They're being rugged with mediumweights at night and sheets during they day (mostly) as Cookie is awkward to clip so owner is keeping his coat thin, and Cracks is 19yo and feels the cold a lot. Cracks is upping her feed now but only really cos she's now in more work and getting lethargic, she's on Happy Hoof and hi-fibre nuts currently. Cookie gets Happy Hoof, Lo-Cal Balancer and Spillers Response mix.
Basically we're on the brink of changing to winter routine, feeding and rugging! It will be done by the time the clocks change though, or it'll be too dark to get them down the road and into the field before dark.

He's still out at night, will be until it gets cold -probably december and usually has a rug on at night, lw or mw. He's still in the small summer paddock, just waiting for grass to die a bit more so he can go in the big field. Getting fed a handful of chaff and speedibeet, he gets that all year round though.
