Have had a year off from selling to work on him, how much am I looking at for him in the current market?

13.2h Connie x gelding
Bright bay black points, very clean limbed and well put together.
Home produced slowly, bought unhandled from breeder.
Gent on the ground, cuddly and loving, about as bombproof as a five year old can be, rides along busy A roads, tractors, bin waggons, lorrys, motorbikes completely unphased.
Lives out happily, golden to rug, tack up, stands like a donkey to be groomed doesn’t even need tying up.
Hacks all day, nice responsive ride without being hot or fizzy, incredibly willing.
Will be sold schooling nicely (next job) so far unproven over a fence as he hasn’t been rushed but will be popping around a small course when he goes.
Thanks!

I would think around 6-8k if you think he’d be suitable for a child. I think the height will be the limiting factor on price, he sounds lovely but will be smaller than most adults would look for. If you want considerably more than that I would look to get him out jumping competitively and perhaps take him to some pony club rallies/ PC camp (or get a teen to take him if you’re not in the age range).

I was thinking around 6.5k, definitely make a good kids pony - I’ll be lightly showing him this month and wanted to sell him as a WH type
