Cushings / laminstsis

My horse has come down with acute lami and pedal bone rotation in. It's front feet , bloods revealed cushings which has cuSed the lami , horse is 24 still
In full work county level showing , not had any warning signs of anything and now levels are reallg high , started on medication for cushings and responding well to lami treatment , Anybody had similar ?

I would be interested to know of his diet ? Purely for my own interest as I know friends of mine who do a very high level of showing feed feeds for conditioning which can sometimes be too much for something which has perhaps had EMS underlying which usually ends up relating to Cushings.

HI he is on top spec joint : cool nuts and chop vets said in perfect weight too , been tested for ems and all clear they said looking at him wouldn't think he was nearly 25 or a cushings horse at all
