So decided to have my 20 year old Welsh x TB, tested for Cushings again last week, had done last year, an he was OK.
The results I got today, was told ACTH level this time of year should be around 30, max of 40, and his is 88.
So guess thats a sure sign now :-(
Do any of you have a pony with Cushings ? Do I need to change his routine, management, feeds, turn outs, hay rations etc ?
Would like any info at all please, hes not your typical Cushings case, in fact he carries v v good weight-good doer, takes a while to get pounds off him, but had gotten a v thick coat by July this year, drinks fair amount, and deff urinates lots.
