My pony was diagnosed with cushings 3 weeks ago and has been on 1 pracsend a day i have noticed she is getting a thicker winter coat is this normal or is it the cushings

cushings horses do seem to grow a lot of coat , mine definitely grows more than she used to and she was diagnosed in 2011 and is on 4 prascend daily

Too little time, too much to read.
It is probably the Cushings, but if she is on the correct dose of tablets, next time she changes coat it should be more normal.

mine is tested regularly (last time ist july this year) and tablets increased as instructed by liphook and is still growing more coat although does now shed after the winter but her summer coat seems to be thicker than it used to be as well...
