Has anyone else had issues? Bought and paid by Paypal, paid extra for next day delivery. Ordered and paid on 14th December for a Christmas present for my pony's loaner.

Nothing arrived. No contact. No response to phone calls, emails, Facebook or twitter.

I don't want to open a PayPal dispute- I want my goods!! I've told her what she's got coming and she's really excited (as she nicks mine regularly!)

Having followed the Shwmae saga I'm starting to get an idea of how sodding frustrating it is!!!

I ordered some stuff on their half price deal. The exercise sheet arrived within 3days but the other item wasn't in stock so they sent me a cheque.

Slightly miffed as the postage charge was high so wouldn't have paid that for just the one item and would like to have been given the option of waiting for more stock to come in. But at least they had no quibbles refunding.

Have you actually spoken to someone or left messages? They were very helpful on the phone when I spoke to them but I got through to a person straight away.

She did say they had been inundated on the half price offer so maybe yours has slipped through the net...but frustrating lack of contact.

I think there is a time limit for opening a dispute so i would still do that but make it clear that you would rather have the goods (certainly via ebay you can elect to still have the goods and close the case when received not sure about paypal direct though)

No point losing the money and the goods!
