More of a vent than useful post
I ordered new XC gear from CustomXC on 25th January.
- The package went missing in the post (probably because of the snow). It was sent recorded and the tracking number shows that it never reached our sorting office near where I live.
Initially I said I was happy to wait for investigation/return of package, etc ... but it's now been 10 weeks and very little contact from the company. I've now e-mailed them to push things a little as I have now decided the weather might be tied to my gear. So when my kit arrives, the sun will come out and I will magically be able to do some XC and look awesome while doing it ..... Sad times
