That hideous rug is way too tight and I can't say that she's my cup of tea. I would be dubious about the owner giving her away for free (perhaps I'm a cynic?). That's also quite a neck on her. She's a laminitis case just waiting to happen, imo. Still, I'm sure with the right owner and lots of care, she would scrub up well. If you take her on, OP, then you're braver than me.
