CYBERCHECKOUT... problems paying?

I used their site last week to purchase some items, but during the checkout procedure, after entering my debit card and personal details, got an error message that the payment process had failed and to re-try the payment.

Has anyone else had this problem during checkout with them?

I am in awful trouble financially now

Phone them up and ask to speak to Lisa -she will sort you out. I have never had this problem.
