Czech Imported mare grading issue

Hey i have a czech mare which was imported 3 years ago, i have managed to get her showjumping record aged 6-8 from the bsja but they say they need from aged 4-6 to grade her properly so she can jump in this country, any ideas how to get this info would be great or any contacts of czech federation would be much appreciated thanks
