Hi, I am looking for a longhaired miniture dachshund breeder in the UK – preferably a chocolate & tan/cream coat – but I am struggling to find them. Can anyone recommend some to me?

Contact a breed club or go to some shows/look up some results to find an idea of which kennels might be doing well and go from there.
Also, you might be limiting yourself with the cream colour choice as I have read, it is only permitted in the mini longhairs so not every good ethical breeder might be doing it.

I can recommend a standard wire breeder…
A lot of googling and searching on champdogs, breed clubs, KC breeder registries and trying to find active responsible ones/getting on the phone probably in order. Make sure they are primarily breeding for health and function not colour. There are some really active FB groups for the standard wires, so sure you can find similar experts on the mini longs.
With dachshunds make sure you know what the compulsory and recommended health tests are for the mini long specifically - as they do differ across the 6 types. http://dachshundhealth.org.uk/ is horrible on mobile, but should give you all the info you need.
