Just thought I'd post a couple of pics of our BOGOF Dales x TB filly foal - we're not quite sure what she'll make so would be interested to hear people's thoughts!
We bought the mare unseen off an advert - total bargain as she's beautifully bred and is (very) unusually coloured for a Dales, being roan - She produced the filly about 2 months later. We traced back to where the mare had come from and found out she was covered by a TB.
Anyway - this is the foal - she seems a lot smaller than our pure Dales foals but then I suppose that's to be expected - but hopefully she'll at least make 14.2hh. Not sure what job she'll do but hopefully she'll make a nice pony for someone! She has a LOT of knee action which must only come from her mother!

Oh - and we're not sure what colour Princess will go either - I'm voting for Roan like her mum though, judging by her tail and head.
