I ordered dog food Sunday, was meant to come Monday, finally came this morning.
As I carried the box into the the house I noticed kibble coming out. Turned it over and the cardboard was very damp and had ripped and bag then had got a hole but not directly where the box ripped. It was not raining this morning but has in the past few days.

It looks like a friction hole but I can’t 100% say it wasn’t a rodent.

I have told the company and they are resending the food for tomorrow. But I have now completely run out for this evening and tomorrow morning. The food is out of stock locally hence why I ordered.

Would you feed the food still?

I don’t think I am going too - they can have boiled chicken instead as other diets can give them bad stomachs. But interested to know if others would feed without a thought. Also before I throw 15kgs of food away

I had a similar problem about a year ago and was going to just feed a couple of meals from top of bag but my dog wouldnt touch it! Had to throw the whole lot away and it was a large bag - only by 2.5kg bags now so less waste if one is damaged.
