My missus dog (12 year old Yorkie) managed to dislocate her shoulder on sunday night jumping off the bed. We had her down to the Vets on Monday and they put it back in, telling us to try and make her rest it, so we put her bed on the floor in the living room, and obviously no walks.
She got on the sofa yesterday and when someone came to the door, she jumped off it and put her shoulder out again - another trip to the vet last night to put it back in.
Farrier turned up at the farm half an hour ago to shoe one of the horses and my missus had to go and meet him there. She took the dog and left her in the car. Dog decides to jump from the front seat to the back - and has done it again, so that is another trip to the vets now
We are going to have to get a cage to put her in when we travel her to stop her jumping around as she has got no brains whatsoever
