I went up this morning and Teds leg was up again, so i chucked him out and hoped it would clear alittle.

Went to get him in tonight and he is yet again 8/10ths lame! joy! His leg has stopped pitting so that means its infected still and his groin is still swollen. So my poor little soldier has to see the vet tomorrow for more injections of steriods and antibiotics.. JOY!

Try homeopathic apis mel at 30c . I can't use conventional meds for my mare due to the ones she is on already, and she has had a couple of bouts of lymphangitis in the same leg, but homeopathy had her able to walk again within 24 hours. Once you get them moving, the leg should then drain of its own accord. Apis mel is also the best thing I've ever tried for horsefly bites and wasp stings - I swell up like a balloon when I've been bitten but this keeps it to just a very localised area.

heya. Update!
steriod and anti-biotic inject.
2 days of anti b injections and 6 more of sachets.
6 days a steriods.. not what i want but if it gets the swelling down i got to give them him!
