After lots of visits from the vet and a couple of x-rays, my horse was found to have a bruised bone. New bone was growing around this, which cause the lump which then caused the lameness. The vet gave me 2 months of danilon for my horse to have and i was told if he the swelling has gone down and he was sound throughout the 2 months which he was then to bring him back into work after the 2 months.
The 2 months has now finshed yesterday and i was wondering, how long till the danilon will 'wear' off, so i can see if he's truly sound or not? I was going to give till the end of next week, but others have suggested he may be okay before that? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thankyou!!
