Dare I go to the annual GRWE dog show on Sunday?

I went to the kennels today to pick up some dog food and met the most gorgeous fawn lurcher who was just about to be walked by one of their volunteers :) I had laughingly mentioned to the kennels that I didnt want to leave 3 with them and pick up 4 last weekend, and apparently they thought of me when she came in for rehoming this week :eek:

So dare I go to the annual GRWE show on Sunday? There will be a number of rescues looking for new homes.... can I resist? :rolleyes::D:D

I did look on the website for a pic but she isnt up there yet, they do have Tess in as well who is the brindle bitch for re-homing :o

No you cant have another...but yes you should go to the show and have a lubbly jubbly day out (if its not raining!) :D Perhaps take someone with you to hold you back when trying to take a fourth dog home?! :p :D
 
Saying that...there are about 5 on their I could bring home tomorrow! Damn you! :p Some lovely lovely dogs on there.
 
You get him Carey please...then I can play with him...you have less dogs than me and hes only iccle so he will fit! :D :D

OK, is it possible to rehome an entire page of dogs!!!!! Please don't link these, I'm getting all broody. Not really going to work though a. living in another country, b. landlady doesn't allow dogs and c. in a 3rd floor 1 bed apartment with no garden!! LOL!!!

Now where to find my millionnaire so I can spend all day playing with horses and rescuing dogs? :D
 
Haha I saw that and thought he would be a suitable boyfriend for Amy! She will be instantly wooed by his bowl carrying abilities! But I still want Marco!
 
Sod right off! I think there is a limit to my madness! I would have 5 in the future..have had more but in my current circumstance...er no!!! :D Also you have to bear in mind I am a breeder and have puppies (well grown ups now) that are contracted to return to me should any problems arise. I have to keep that space open for returnees for rehoming...I dont want to end up with 6 in that teeny cottage! Thats the main reason I dont foster at the moment too.
 
Can't you cite OCD and say you need a fourth because even numbers are nice and balanced?

But when you go can you bring back Ria or Gracie for me? I think either one'd make a nice pair with Danny (though the little madam will hatehatehate me) :D:D:D

LOL at everyone :D I shall go on Sunday and bring them all home, then I can drive around the country distributing them to HHOers :D

Hmmm, best I buy a lottery ticket I think :p
 
LOL, I actually have just looked around at the seating in my little mobile home and thought 'hmmm, SlimJim is right, there would be no room for me' :D
