Dare you post videos/photos of you riding?

i have there are loads of knowlegable peeps on here to help with cc. there are also people who say i am too big for my horses but my instructors say i ride light as i am aware that i am no lightwieght jocky lol

im proud of myself for how far i have come i started riding later in life than a lot of people who seem to have been born on horseback (about 7yrs old) but i realise i will never stop improving. i had lessons every week untill i started sharing horses with help and supervision and then rescued bronte when i was 16. i still have lessons now on my own horses and at a riding school where i am taking my BHS stages. i am also training with kelly marks and hope one day to be able to help and teach other people

I don't mind posting Videos, but as I've said on another thread, I do it because I want criticism, I want to know how to improve. I feel that although on forums members can disagree with you, at least it gives you an insight into the way other people ride and train

you ride beautifully hope i can have a seat like that one day *sigh*

edited to say just noticed i have a similar prob to you its hard to keep bronte engaged in the walk aswell tee hee wiggly heels work wonders lol and a fab test well done

i dont think so. i am pretty harsh on myself- i have regular lessons, and i think i would be a bit afraid- although i can take criticism

Sure! I mean what is there to lose? Its nice to get some good reasonable (with some tips as well) critism and I don't mind if people say I need to lose weight/have a funny forehead etc as I will probably agree!

I'll always put the faults I know first too then people can add to my long list! I find it easier to critise myself when I'm looking back at vids/pics as well... and if someone really asks me for genuine advice I'll give it online or face to face.

Nope, definitely not! Recent posts on here have got me doubting weather I should even be riding my horse let along getting paid to ride other peoples Serious confidence crisis going on here!

You got loads of confidence don't give it up! Its hard to get it back as I know
