Wondered if anyone else has seen the film? I went to a lovely little cinema with comfy reclining seats...which added to a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon (the forecast was dire so let my dd ride!!).
The film is the true story of Dream Alliance, told in documentary style by interviews with the syndicate members, trainer and various others. It was moving and uplifting, one for anti-NH folk to see proof of what owners feel about their horses. You just have to excuse the numerous not-quite-doubles for the horse (there is a little real footage of him as a youngster!), oh, and the lack of teeth, lol.
If you haven't seen it, then do!!!
