She's had it ages now, a good 6 months and for that time I've said its just a case of breaking it in or getting used to it.
She says its tight by her temples and gives her head aches.
It was fitted by a trained hat fitter and since her complaining I've had it checked by another stores hat fitter twice and each time they say it's a good fit and can't find any better fit for her.
We went back to the original shop as they are really good and I just got her fitted from scratch with a different fitter and without knowing the story he fitted the hat she already has!
I then explained the problem and he said he'd have been 100% happy to sell us that particular hat but none of the others she preferred.
He also said if we took it in he might be able to compress the insides to make it more comfy. Is this an option?
Wwyd?
