(Daventry) Grass livery + arena

Hi everyone! I'm in Daventry, which is on the edge of Northamptonshire with Warwickshire only a stone's throw away. I'm looking for grass livery at a centre/yard that also has an arena available for use. Looking for first horse with my partner and trying to get a good feel for rates and suitable locations beforehand so that we are well prepared!

Must be 24/7 all year turnout.

Maximum driving time is 30 mins, 15 mins preferred!

I found grass livery with a stable (turn out all year except in very very bad weather, I've been assured). The yard owner wants to get us settled in first before adding to the yard though. Shoot me a PM? Maybe I can pass your details on
