Maybe another way of looking at it is that it's a blessed release for the little lad, from a continuous round of fitting + hospitalisation, away from his family? Did he even know?
A friend of mine lost her husband to cancer last week. At the end, he had no quality of life whatsoever. It was his funeral today...
Well, friends, what else can we do but kick on, and jump higher fences?
