We managed 20 mins gentle work in the school without a single rear, bronc or other attempt at a tantrum. A little giraffey at times but basically a real sweet heart.

I'm starting to really enjoy my new horse

it just takes time and patience.......I am pleased she is getting better, when are you looking to hack her out - if you need a steady companion Axle can help out!!

She's not done anything at all for four months so it'll be a couple of weeks yet before she's ready to go on a proper hack.

If you're wanting to come over for a mooch round the reservoir I'll borrow Belle and come out with you.

ooh i just read your post, i havnt seen ur other posts. am i right in thinking you were going to sell your horse coz of finances? might be thinking of someone else? have you sold yours and got a new one.

Lil was an absolute bargain, one of those opportunities that is too good to pass up. If she continues to settle down then she's going to be a stunning little horse.
