I am in the process of buying a 7.5t lorry. It has a day living, but no hookup/fridge/hob etc.
At the moment all it has is a sofa and some cupboards.

Has anyone had a living fitted out recently that can give me a ballpark figure?
Will also be looking at installing a small water tank and hose/sink.

I can't recall what ours cost as a few years back but we did it ourselves as have various "trades" in the family. We sourced various items some new, some second hand. We got the loo etc from Thetford and the oven and hob, sink and water heater from a caravan that had been scrapped. Perhaps look at Thetford if they are still going to get an idea of the price of things you would like installed.

Just a thought, but a couple at a yard I was at previously bought a 7.5t horse box and fitted out the living very cheaply by buying a nearly new caravan that had been written off by the insurers, and using the components from that. A lorry had driven into the back of the caravan whilst parked, so the components were all still ok. They had it thoroughly checked by an engineer for gas safety etc after the fit out was complete.

Yes we tried to find a whole caravan but failed then about a year later a relative wrote their caravan off and sold it to someone doing a lorry conversion.
