DD - does anyone need a New Forest?

Am I the only one thinking that, lovely pony as she is, why has she been put in this position with a rather novice child? If it was just one awkward jumping photo fair enough, but there are several. They should not have been jumping that big (relatively the fences are big for a young pony and small child) - no wonder there was at some point a fall. I hope she finds the right home with a balanced rider while she's still a baby, she looks like a saint.

Nope. Not just you thinking it.

I just didn't feel the need to voice the concern.

The post is about finding a nice home for the pony so did not feel it necessary.

Fair. Although from a buying point of view I would rather she had been better brought on. God knows how many other bad jumps she has had if these are the ‘for sale’ pics. So it remains a valid point.

Still a lovely pony.

Seriously considering the pony as I live pretty close, the seller sent across lots of videos last night and she looks a little smasher!

Do keep us updated. I don’t think it would be a bad buy, as long as she hasn’t got anything physically wrong (NF’s are usually pretty robust). If you don’t get on with her you will probably be able sell for a profit with a better for sale ad.
