DDFT injury Help!

Hello , my ISH 4yr old mare had got a Cohesion and tear in her DDFT Hind . Only had her a month but had 5* vetting done , she jumped a fence in the field so not sure if that did it.
I just would like some advice from previous/current experiences with this injury, and tips etc...
She is currently box rest and Hind leg very swollen and painful. She is on the max bute/day and paracetamol . I have the horseware ice boot that she let me use few times but sometimes have to cold hose when dosent let me use or even touch it - Any experience with it being this painful after initially doing it?
Have been placing a stable bandage on when can at night. She cant even put weight on it currently.
Vet has recommended stem cell but will need to get a sample of bone marrow from her. Any experiences with this treatment?

Mine has tore his but In his
Foot through getting stuck in fence from being kicked / he has 12
Months careful rehab , but unfortunately hasn’t help up to then full work / has rechecks at every stage / he will only ever hack now he’s only 7 with the plan to event ,, but will have a home with me
For life he loves his hacking and very content not to go anywhere to compete xx
