Dead foal

hi,going shopping 2 day and ther was a dead fole in field stoped to make sure it was not just a sleep,phoned the police thay told me 2 phone rspca which i did thay told me nothing thay could do because it was alread dead but to phone the local council to have it removed
there where 3 other horses in the field what looked in a poor state the rspca was not intrested,so phoned council and thay said would have a look and see if thy could remove the dead hourse,so what does the rspaca do?
 
was a problem in northampton of dead horse in river 5 weeks later a firm that excavates gravel paid disposal costs

What was their reason for no interest?????
 
Well I think that is bloody disgusting that the RSPCA didn't want to know, they should be the first port of call in any situation like this to members of the public, people don't always know to call these other organisations, getting passed from pillar to post.

If the other horses were in poor condition surely this should ring alarm bells therefore it’s up to the RSPCA to look into this, not have you doing all the running around.

Its disgusting they dont want to know. I would have thought it would be pretty important to find out why the foal is dead as they may need that information to build a case against the owner if the others dont look that fab.

I hope it gets sorted.
