DEAD impressed with Hey Farm/Discount Saddlery

I ordered a bulk pack of Vetwrap LATE Wednesday night, not expecting it to arrive until after Christmas! It arrived this morning! Now that IS impressive!

I've always found them to be good. I used to live locally to them and called in from time to time. Very good sales assistants ,nothing too much trouble and a VAST number of saddles available to try or they can order most makes too. Bend over backwards to help .
Excellent store.

Guess I was unlucky then! Had nothing but hassle from them, couldn't get in touch once order had been processed but money removed etc etc. Went on for ages, had to threaten to go to CAB before item magically appeared! Never again!!

They can be very good from time to time and also a pain sometimes they are local to me.
