like if they cant afford to feed or look after them why dont they give them away or at least slaughter the animals to save them a drawn out suffering, some people disgust me, makes me so angry

It is disgusting how people can do this, how do the neighbours or friends or family not help out or call in the RSPCA etc quicker.

Truly awful all that suffering for nothing.
