Thanks for all your comments. I have emailed the dealer asking them to not use the photos of ours in their ad.
I am being slightly churlish about it all
I did offer to but the mare back when they first decided to sell her before then deciding to keep her. The offer was slightly less as I had used some of the money to buy a new saddle for other daughters horse. I sold as she is a good quality mare who whilst not being a worldbeater is good enough upto BE 100 and has a fab temp and very easy to do but daughter was off to uni and the mare was just being wasted and saw their ad and thought it would suit my mare down to the ground.
I have no problem with them selling her or thru the dealer just was shocked when a friend texted to tell me about the ad and all the photos. They are using about 6 of mine. It would have been nice to be told but there are more important things to worry about. The mare will sell herself as she is lovely. Thanks again.
