Dealers in Essex - a question

I am wording this carefully to avoid mentioning names but hopefully people in the know will twig what I am on about

Cobs in Essex (did you see what I did there?)

Has anyone bought from him - pm me if you like if it is dreadful!
Horse is cheap and a youngster so friend is not expecting much, but don't want to end up with a viewing in a pub car park and something with a snotty nose and lots of friends in its mane if you know what I mean. Horse is very sweet so worth taking a chance, realise the guy mops up round the sales so eyes wide open!

That's true, just trying to get a feel for the dealer, whether it is worth the trouble (as quite far away). We have been to some hair raising viewings in the past when she is taking on 'projects' or pity buys.
