Hiya, looking for 16hhish riding club type for a friend of mine. Shes nearly 18 but very dediacated, had her beloved mad pony PTS so parent are going to get her a nice horse now. Max price upto 4000 or slightly more for a real gem, I know a few and shes had a good look at clip clop but wondered if you know of anymore hidden gems.

Prestwood farm are great, but generally have connies so more 14.2-15.2. Sometimes have some nice ISH etc so occassionally there are bigger ones. They have a website - just google them

I've had a good experience with pinnacle equestrian, obviously can't vouch for their entire stock, but the pony we bought wa lovely. But I think most of their horses are more geared towards showjumping more than allrounders

If you are planning a trip to see ClipClop Traders you can also go and see what Matt has at Sussex Equestrian Sales (www.sussexequestriansales.com) and what Avril has (http://www.equine-agents.co.uk/Horses_for_Sale1.html). They are all very close to each other.

Don't worry about Matt's website - he told me on Friday he has 20+ horses in at the moment so I guess he's too busy to update it.

Hi, many thanks for the replies and the PM messages ill reply to you aswell when got my daughter to bed!! Thats great actually got 2 girls looking now both for similar prices and budgets so thats good as i can suggest the same horses to both!! Although knowing my luck there both want the same horse!!
